In the 1980s, Tonny Foy, a nationally recognized interior designer, placed David Conn’s color field paintings in a number of residences. The photo below shows a San Antonio home displaying Conn’s four paintings (on the right). This is the same photograph that appeared in Architectural Digest’s 1983 engagement calendar.
